• Pay all fees associated with your selected service plan

Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the original content you submit to us. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use, modify, and transform your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Delivered Work: Upon full payment, you receive full ownership and rights to the transformed content we deliver to you.

Our Platform: All rights, title, and interest in our website, platform, and proprietary technology remain with PulseMatrix Services.

Payment Terms

• Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with notice
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed
• Subscription Plans: Recurring charges apply until you cancel your subscription
• Late Payment: Failure to pay may result in service suspension
• Refunds: Subject to our Refund Policy

Service Delivery

We strive to deliver all projects within the timeframes specified for each service tier:

• Express: 2-4 hours
• Standard: 12-24 hours
• Premium: 24-48 hours

Delivery times may vary based on project complexity, volume, and information provided. We will notify you of any delays.

Revisions and Modifications

Revision allowances depend on your selected plan:

• Express: One round of revisions
• Standard: Two rounds of revisions
• Premium: Unlimited revisions

Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery and should be within the original project scope.

Limitation of Liability
