- Free revisions according to your selected plan (1-2 rounds for Express/Standard, unlimited for Premium)

- Quality assurance review before final delivery
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:
- Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver your completed project within the agreed timeframe without prior notice
- Quality Issues: If the delivered work does not meet the specifications outlined in your order and cannot be resolved through revisions
- Technical Errors: If technical issues on our end prevent us from completing your project
- Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel your order before we have started working on your project
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- After the final deliverable has been accepted and approved by you
- If you change your mind after work has commenced
- If you fail to provide necessary information or materials required for the project
- For subscription plans after the first project has been delivered
- If you violate our Terms of Service
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact our support team at support@pulsematrixservices.com within 7 days of receiving your deliverable
- Step 2: Provide your order number and detailed explanation of the issue
- Step 3: Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
- Step 4: If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if:
- Work has been partially completed and delivered
- Minor issues can be resolved with a discount on future services
- The project scope was reduced after work began
Subscription Plan Refunds
For monthly subscription plans:
- You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period
- Unused projects do not roll over to the next month
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
Important: All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your final deliverable. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may request a review by our management team. We are committed to finding a fair resolution for all parties involved.
